Getting started with Pilates....

Classes are block booked for 6 weeks and run throughout each half term breaking for school and bank holidays. Class numbers are limited to 12 people.

Beginners.
If you are a beginner, you will need to take part in an initial private introductory session. This can be shared between up to 3 beginners.

Returning to pilates or regular attendee.
If you have previously been taught pilates by a recognised pilates provider in the last 2 years, you are welcome to join a class of your choice assuming there is available space.

One-2-One.
Some people prefer to organise one-2-one pilates or organise private sessions with a friend(s).

Pilates and Massage Mix.
It can beneficial to combine massage and pilates in one session. This concentrates stretching of some areas and strengthening of others.
