I graduated from the London School of Sports Massage (LSSM) as a Sports Massage Therapist in 2005, obtaining a BTEC Diploma (Level 4) in Sports and Remedial Massage. I am fully insured and am a member of the Sports Massage Association (SMA) and the Institute of Sports and Remedial Massage (ISRM). I am also a qualified STOTT pilates matwork instructor and run one-2-one sessions and regular classes.

I have a particular interest in postural assessment and biomechanics. I am employed by the English Institute of Sport (EIS) and am one of the Sports Massage Therapists and the Pilates instructor for the British Olympic Diving Team based at The Quays in Southampton. I am also an assistant tutor on the current LSSM training courses based at Southampton University.

Prior to massage and pilates, I graduated from Southampton University with an honours degree in Physiology with Pharmacology and then went on to complete a PhD in Pharmacology. I then spent 10 years managing clinical trials in the pharmaceutical industry.

Like most people I lead a busy home life, have a keen interest in all sports, and regularly run, swim and horse ride. I'd be pleased to discuss any condition you may have and help you decide whether you would benefit from massage therapy or pilates.
